By far the worst company in Wauchula to work with. We regret having Maria as our agent. The process was extremely stressful due to her. She did not communicate any updates or information we needed to know. She did nothing for us. We finally got fed up with her and started working with her broker. He would tell us everything we wanted to hear but nothing was honest or accurate. Every time we talked to either of them, it seemed it was their first day on the job and they were clueless to everything. Worst experience. Worst company!

My grandma and grandpa have been renting from these people over 25 years and they won't fix a thing in there house it's ridiculous no wall sockets work no paint the water is even rusty it's ridiculous

They are very good at what they do. Have used them for buying and selling. Very nice and helpful in all aspects of the process.

They cashed my check fast.
