Don’t go with them. Terri had lots of good reviews and word of mouth, but failed completely short of those expectations.
I bought land that was listed with this company. Not only was I forced to deal with the previous owner a raging drunk because Clayton Sitterly didn't want to be bothered by passing off a monthly payment to his client. But now that the land is officially in my name, a DELINQUENT tax bill from the previous owner has surfaced and when I pointed out THE TRUTH about "additional expenses" mentioned in the lease, and how those additional expenses NEVER included unpaid tax bills from years before I owned the land, CLAYTON DECIDED TO TALK DOWN TO ME. Clayton decided to attack my intelligence in order to force me to just obey him. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM. SHAME ON YOU.

I tried contacting sitterly numerous times about properties and was told I would be contacted regarding those properties along with others and it has been over 2 months and nothing!!!!
