In 1956 Cliff Bullard started Bullard Realty in the South Metro area. For almost five decades, the company has been expanding and is now the oldest and largest independently owned real estate firm in the area from I-20 south to the Georgia/Florida state line.
Cliff's son Steve Bullard is now the President of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, which as grown to almost 300 agents in six offices throughout the Southern Crescent.
