Had some lights out in places that are hard to reach. Called Coldwell and within 2 days of the call, they sent a person to replace them. Had some other little jobs that needed to be done and anything I asked them to do, was done! I highly recommend them as that has been my experience for over 4 years.
We’ve had this service for 10 years! I’m sure they’ve saved us thousands….Bill and his team of experts are always polite and courteous. I’ve called them just to ask questions, they are an excellent resource!
The handyman service is wonderful. Unfortunately on this call the handyman wasn’t able to address the electrical need but gave me suggestions for how to get it fixed

The Home Care Service was prompt and professional. They replaced the battery to the smoke detector which is located at the peak of our ceiling and was beeping…which we could not reach with our ladder. They were here within a half hour of our phone call.

If I could add more stars I would as my husband and I are so happy with the service we received from this office. From start to finish, Peter was an absolute blessing for us. We have had several real estate transactions and each time, we always felt as though our needs were second to the agents making their commission. With Peter and his staff, this was definitely not the case. He was genuinely interested in our needs and did all he could to help us. He was truly a special agent and we feel very fortunate to have found him and his agency. The entire process was great and we highly recommend Coldwell Banker. In addition to the kindness of all involved in the sale of our house, when you buy with Coldwell Banker, you have handyman service for life and it is a wonderful service. We had need of them a few times and we found the handymen who came to be very courteous and timely not something easily said for several other "repair" people. As we said, we highly recommend this firm and thank them for their genuine kindness.
