Erica at Coleman Brothers Flowers did a wonderful job for my wedding floral. Erica was willing to meet with us 14 months before my wedding some vendors did not. She explained to me what would work with my vision and the budget. After meeting with Erica, I knew that I could trust her with my floral arrangements. She listened, communicated and very responsive to emails. I love my bouquets and most of it all, my centerpieces were gorgeous. She made sure early Apr that peonies were in my bouquet as requested. Peonies are usually bloomed in May-June. The floral arrangement lasts throughout my wedding, for 12 hours and even more 2 weeks later. Totally and highly recommend Erica at Coleman Brothers Flowers.

Coleman Brothers was so wonderful to work with for our wedding! From the initial planning, communication through the day of the wedding, to the final product, they were amazing! I would definitely recommend them for anyone getting married in the Richmond area!

I ordered a premium arrangement for my supervisor and it was BEAUTIFUL. The arrangement was full and the flowers were in full bloom. They were delivered as scheduled. It looked better than described in the picture. Will definitely order from this florist again, and you should too. You will not be disappointed.

We've been customers of Coleman Brothers for years. The flowers are always beautiful, fresh and delivered on time. We have also used them multiple times to send FTD arrangements across the country and they're very, very helpful.

I'm extremely disappointed to feel I need to write this review. When ordering flowers from here, I was told that I was going to get a certain amount of specific flowers for my recipient. They told me they were not in stock, but they'd have them in time for the delivery date. Upon calling them to review and make sure that they did have the correct flowers. The young lady that I spoke to stated that she did not have them, and would not be able to send them instead she sent something else, and stated it as if it was not a question that they were just going to do it, regardless whether I wanted them to or not. Once I requested that they give me the flowers that I paid for and requested, they made an effort to finally find some. And told me that they would be able to meet the objective and amount of flowers that was ordered. When my recipient receive the flowers, I received multiple pictures showing the flowers, and there was nowhere near the enough flowers that I ordered. Upon calling the location to discuss it I was met with a lot of defensiveness, aggression and arguments from them, including one woman telling me to go, call the recipient and have her count the flowers. There was extremely little to none sympathy given toward my experience. As if I was bothering them, I would one recommend not to use this florist and refuse anybody else. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Placed an order for my mom’s birthday and anniversary and the flowers were delivered on time and were absolutely beautiful!! Customer service was pleasant and very helpful! Thank you Coleman Brothers!

Very poor customer services towards a select group of individuals! My wife enter the establishment on Thursday June 24 th was looked at not greeted or asked to be help until approaching the counter where a very lovely and polite young lady Summer assisted her with a warm welcoming! While other customers walked in with a greeting and warm welcoming! This company should value Summer she is the only reason we spent 446.00

I called from out of state a day before my brother's birthday - he works in the health field , saving lives through the pandemic - and they were able to accommodate me. The flower arrangement was delivered around his work hours as I had requested and the bouquet was fresh and stunning. He was gobsmacked happy. I'd give 10 stars if I could !
