Colfax at Auraria station is a RTD light rail station in Denver, Colorado, United States. Operating as part of the D, F and H Lines, the station was opened on October 8, 1994, and is operated by the Regional Transportation District. It serves the eastern side of the Auraria academic campus, home to Metropolitan State College of Denver, the Community College of Denver, and the University of Colorado Denver.In 2008, the station was remodeled to enable the platforms to accommodate four-car trains.

Very convenient spot for student commuters. You can catch the D/F/H lines here and go a few stops in downtown or take it south to the suburbs. Street traffic can be very loud and close by but it's not terrible. Pigeons are plentiful but don't really care about people. There was also a hotdog cart set up in case you need a quick lunch.

Its a decent little light rail place

This is an awesome station that gets very very busy!

Service was excellent. Pigeons were very polite and plenty numerous. The smell of cigarettes and urine were a lovely accompaniment to the sound of West Colfax. Trains are rarely on time or numerous enough giving one plenty of time to enjoy a dirty train station.

Their supposed scheduled times are completely inaccurate. Google displays trains at certain times and the trains show up 30 minutes to an hour later. Only at this station, I've had to wait longer than Google suggested. Still waiting. . . . . . .

It's an RTD bus stop. It has a small shelter. The bus stopped, so I guess it is working.

Most of the time pretty reliable and on time although, it is my recommendation to be early, because the light rail is sometimes late or early.

This is a light rail stop.  Not the cleanest, not the dirtiest.

Train not early enough half hr sooner id give 5 stars no problem

Took longer than 30 minutes for a train to actually show up. Everyone else around me was annoyed with this as well.
