Customer service was outstanding. Bought the $20 wash which is now the standard in the industry for the best wash. Received a dash wipe with purchase. With older equipment I was surprised how well it did. Tire shiner was great on my tires. Also prep before you go in. Easy right off M5 so it works when I’m around.
Solid place to take your car for an automatic wash. Original owners sold the business several years ago. Doesn't have the same "small business" feel as it once did, but still a solid choice over many of the other options out there. Price is on the higher side, but a better than other "budget" washes.
Paid for one of their more expensive washes it was either $14 or $16. The back of my car did not come out clean and my car door was scratched while going through this wash. Went back to the wash immediately after I noticed. Showed the staff, they took photos and had me fill out a form & they said the manager would get back to me. Never heard anything back. Tried calling again and talked to an employee and was told I would receive a call from the manager. Again, never received a call. Do not recommend going to this wash.
I was excited to find a car wash closer to me versus one I normally go to, however all I got was being screamed at, almost sent through a wash without receiving my credit card back, more screaming, and dirt still on my vehicle. Then the wash stopped half way through the tracks. I wanted to let someone know of my disappointment but while there were easily five people in the front no one was there on exit. Sad to say I won’t go back there
Colonial Car Wash, the only choice for my 2004 truck. Their wax and wheel treatment worked wonders, making it look brand new with 255,000 miles. Outstanding service, five stars!
Very good car wash. Mechanically it gets my car nice and clean. The staff there are very friendly and attentive to doing their job. They have vacuum cleaners on the side if you want to self vacuum your car. You can also purchase discount gift Car Wash booklets.
I have gone to colonial car wash many times and usually buy the coupon book. Today I had a Kroger receipt which is supposed to give you two dollars off the attendant while being nice about it told me I could not get the two dollars off because my receipt Didn’t contain this colorful portion that he was looking for. I literally had my groceries with me and I cannot help the type of receipt that Kroger disperses the sign. Didn’t say anything about a certain portion of the receipt just that I needed the receipt to have two dollars off , my last time at colonial!
This is a "no-nonsense", efficient, and quick car wash, where the equipment is designed to clean, not maul, the car unlike other places where the rotating brushes often damage the wing mirrors, and the wipers. Staff very professional, quick, and helpful.Service: Auto detailing
Very thorough and top notch car wash. They use real hot wax that you can see coming down as you go through. Car paint has never looked better. Place is way better than Jax and I love supporting a local business.
The wash is sub par at best, for the amount they charge. You need to pay to use the vacuums. They do not maintain their brushes very well, resulting in a number of hairline scratches on the car, for which they never take responsibility. The overall bad attitude of the people working here is the icing on the cake. My advice would be to avoid this place at all costs.
