Colonial Car Wash

This is probably the worst detail of ever gotten in my whole life Definitely not worth $150 the car is filthy the car was clean when I gave it to them and I received it exact same way with a basic wash from the outside and a wipe down from the inside that’s not a detail. Detailing is going thoroughly and cleaning the car. You can definitely see the pictures and understand what I’m talking about.

The price is great, but the quality of service reflects that. I had the Full Service package. Very rushed, only hose down 1 floor mat. Did not vacuum the trunk at all. I wasn’t paying attention as I was consumed with work and they took full advantage of that. Based on the package I got I would absolutely pass on detailing as I wouldn’t trust them to actually do what is paid for. $16 for an exterior wash is not bad, better price then most automated car washes these days. Outside of my vehicle was fairly clean, but the tires were still quite dirty.

WORST SERVICE EVER—after the wash, my car still had water stains from the exterior, when I asked one of the guy to clean properly, he told me that the stains wouldn’t come off and I need to take my car to body shop and use wax… I paid $30 for the full service package which indicates wax is included, when I told the guy that their display board indicates wax is included, he tells me NO, and its only basic wash… THEY ARE FALSELY DISPLAYING THAT THEIR FULL SERVICE PACKAGE includes multiple services… the wash was WASTE OF MONEY… gas station is much better for half the price

Not worth the money. This was barely better than the free wash my car dealer gave me during a service visit. For some reason one of the staff assuming a manager? kept yelling for staff to hurry up and move faster, despite it not being busy. If they weren't rushing so much, perhaps they would have done a better job. My floor mats were left soaking wet, and they missed a lot of spots with both the hand wash and hand drying. They also completely missed drying the driver side window and I had to ask someone to dry it. He did dry it, but very much gave the impression that he did not want to do it. The interior of the car was very haphazardly wiped down, and there were visible streaks left inside the front window. For what this cost, it was no better than going through a drive through car wash at pretty much any gas station. I will not be going back.

Brought my car there for the first time,I think they did a very good job. The process from start to finish was good. My car got a very good wash. This will be my go-to car wash for now. The service was good. I didn't give five stars because that would require a service that is over and beyond, but I would recommend this car wash. I am open to giving five stars after a few more visits.

It’s better not to waste time and money in this place, you can go to any car wash in gas stations better than this one here! Very poor customer service and services as well

Probably the worse car wash I've ever been to. Did NOT clean my car well . Had to tell them to redo it then he tells me "it's not a detail, we barely clean" I told him to put that in the advertising.

very poor service with disrespect, staff not recommended at all. I would rather get my car dirty than wash it in this place. they’re definitely the worst!!!

Extremely poor quality of cleaning. They have left so much visible dirt in the car. I paid $40 for interior and exterior cleaning with shine and it seems like not even $10 worth cleaning ... Don't waste your money here...
