Called to try to get a special type of transformer. Since I couldn't give specific manufacturer or part number they say they weren't able to help me. Despite describing the item, dimensions, voltage in, voltage out, max current, etc... they need a part number. Geeze, what value do you bring then? I can google a part number and buy something online. An electrical supply house should provide knowledge and expertise for this exact need. I will not waste my time with this company again.
Called to see if they have a breaker they had one in stock and I asked if they would stay open until 5:01 so I can buy it. We are located 2 minutes away from the store. I pulled in the parking lot at exactly 5:00 and the guy was getting in his car. “Sorry I just set the alarm” This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever worked with.
Really went out of their way to help us find a unique electrical adapter despite my lack of knowledge of the part. Thanks to Gary for all the help.
The guys at the Collegeville counter are always happy to see their customers, talk to them, and process their orders.
The contractor counter is low key, friendly, and knowledgeable. Nice branch!
