I like the fact that this restaurant only offers a pizza menu, which makes it a lot easier to decide on your order. Very simple. The pizza was very delicious. I ordered the hot oil and sausage pizza. I liked the flavor of the oil, but it was a bit too greasy for me. Next time, I will probably just go for the peppers and sausage. My only complaint is that the sausage toppings were minimal and did not cover the entire pie. I think this restaurant needs to be more generous with their toppings for sure. Two tiny pieces of sausage is not enough per slice. I found that rather cheap…
Addictive and delicious hot oil pizza. The salad pizza is also a hittip: order it with cheese and sauce. Photos of war vets cover the walls. Quick, friendly service. Quality is consistent at all their locations!Recommended dishesSalad Pizza
I went on a Friday night, it was very hard to find parking. I ended up parking in the Costco parking lot. The restaurant was really busy, so I opted for take out. The pizza was really good, I recommend trying hot oil with stingers and with a glass of Pepsi.

Super fun place for the perfect bar pie! Grab a booth and enjoy some pizza - I love the hot oil with pepperoni! You don't feel rushed or unattended to, perfect place to chat with friends. Dietary restrictions: They have a decent gluten free pie too!
Very good thin crust pizza pie! The service at the bar was excellent. I never heard of Hot Oil before so I had to try it. Spicy Oil would be a better description. It doesn’t affect the crispness of the crust. It just adds a hot & spicy bite to the pie. This is a hidden gem that needs to be experienced at least once in a lifetime. I’ll be back! This is the kind of place that you bring your best friend.
What are you thinking not having Garlic as an optional topping on pizza nor anchovies??? Sadly, that basically eliminates this place from my list forever. Pizza was good but not amazing, would return if not for the lack of garlic. :/ Update: Thanks for the reply, appreciate the response! The person taking the order said no anchovies available, and still hope to hear that fresh garlic becomes available. All the best, you seem to have a popular spot!
Great pizza, really nice atmosphere, good drinks and a great value. Service is quick and professional. Highly recommended.
I love the pizza at Colony! My problem is I ordered for immediate pick-up and my order was supposed to be ready by 1p. My order was not ready and the server tried to make it seem like I ordered for them to start cooking the pizza at 1pm. I advised and showed my bill and he brushed me off. I didn't have a problem waiting just admit the mistake and not put it on the customer next time.
Colony pizza is just overall delicious and has been my entire life.. it's a must try when coming to Port Chester or Stamford! Best thin crust pizzaFood: 5/5
