We have not had enough time to truly evaluate the treadmill we purchased but we can rate the customer service and delivery/setup.  Both were excellent.  The delivery and setup were exceptional.  This is an area where bad things can happen and Phillip went the extra mile to make sure they didn't.  Both guys were efficient, polite, and respectful.  They took the time we needed to be comfortable with the new machine.  We were very happy with the way things went.

Colorado Cardio had what I was looking for a sturdy, quiet stationary spin bike at a reasonable price for that higher end type of equipment. Sales staff Nathan was helpful but not at all pushy. The delivery guy was friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience.

Delivery and set-up was a breeze….Phil was very professional and answered all my start-up questions plus additional ones regarding maintenance.  Would highly recommend Colorado Cardio in addition to the very helpful guidance from Mike with regards to which treadmill would be best suited for my wife and myself to purchase. We purchased a refurbished Precor Elliptical and we are very happy with it. Nathan, at the Loveland store, was a big help in answering all our questions and directing us to the right machine for us. The delivery guys came on-time and moved the elliptical 300+ lbs to the basement without scratching anything - we were very glad that we paid to have the machine delivered. We would recommend Colorado Cardio to anyone who is looking for high quality refurbished commercial exercise equipment at a big discount over the retail price.

Nathan was fantastic.  They were prompt, friendly and professional.  They had the treadmill delivered and setup in less than an hour and he walked me through operation, how to care for machine and even minor troubleshooting should I encounter issues down the road.  I would definitely recommend Colorado Cardo for equipment and delivery.

Colorado Cardio is a great place to buy workout equipment. We didn’t want to buy new but still wanted quality equipment with a warranty. They fit the bill. They were extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the brands.  The delivery service was great. They were professional and took care within the house to not damage anything.

I bought a used Kieser spin bike from them and it might as well have been new. Great quality and super reasonable price for the quality of the bike. They even arranged to meet us outside of normal hours because our schedules were so busy that week. Super kind folks, went above and beyond.

I purchased a life fitness treadmill. Incredibly professional and honest. Home delivery and set up option was 100% worth every penny. I would recommend this company to any person looking to buy gym equipment. Very informative on how to maintain the equipment too, both the men who delivered the equipment and the lady at the Loveland location.

I purchased a Life Fitness recumbent bicycle from Colorado Cardio and found the staff knowledgeable and helpful in making my selection of a recumbent.  The recumbent was delivered to my home within one week.  The delivery crew was courteous, professional and exceptional in installing the recumbent in my basement, despite a tight turn to enter the stairwell to the basement and a narrow stairwell.  After the setup, Mike gave me a brief tutorial on the recumbent.  I recommend Colorado Cardio without hesitation for high quality workout equipment.
