Mata Evolution is a fun, safe environment for one on one personal training. I focus on the total health of our members and providing them with information on nutrition, fitness, and overall health. Affordable option for fitness that is fun and enjoyable! Faith Mata is an exceptional personal trainer! She is a NASM certified personal trainer and has over 10+ years or martial arts training. Her favorite clients are those who are motivated, hard- working, and want to learn more about a healthy lifestyle. She teaches proper technique and put forth guidelines to maximize specific workouts to gain strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination, and balance. This allows individuals the opportunity to reach their athletic goals, prevent injury, disease, and enhance their everyday life. Her goal is to help each individual enjoy his/her time "in the gym" while working to achieve their personal fitness goals. Faith Certifications Include: NASM personal trainer , CPR/AED certified, Martial arts instructor, Weight loss training, Strength training, 10+ years of martial arts purple belt in Gracie JiuJitsu (got my purple from the one and only Royce Gracie), black belt in Kajukenbo, orange belt in judo. She also has kickboxing experience as well.
