HUD Funded BEAUTIFUL and use to be livable apartments. However, New Owners came with a cynical agenda or plan to pushout longtime residents consisting of Senior Citizens and 55+ Disabled Elders!!!  UNACCEPTABLY, THEY were or are STILL freezing the 55+ Disabled Elders and Senior Citizens with abusive Landlord tactics of NO HEAT-TO-LOW HEAT practices and policy!!! But, of course, THIS NYC SLUMLORDS the "Usual Suspects" BUYING up our neighborhoods is beginning to happen again in the surrounding areas of Hoboken, NJ, Jersey City, NJ or Hudson County.

They common areas are well maintained but the apartments are not All of the visitors parking spots are gone, its a senior citizens building and many residents have family visiting and there is no place to park in Hoboken. I can go on and on.

The best place for live,

For me it is the maximum very beautiful and everything is very cordial and very pleasant to live in is my current residence
