Carli and her team were terrific. We don’t know where to begin!!! Communication was great and she was always on time with her timeline and deadlines. We could not have asked for a more beautiful trip - the team provided everything we asked for. One of the days our excursion was canceled due to weather. When we expressed to Carli we would like to try and reschedule she was on top of it. We were able to get this rescheduled from the help of Carli and her team. They are truely great at what they do. I would definitely recommend this team and we will be returning for our trips in the future!! Thank you concierge travel group!!!
My husband and I have been using CTG for a few years now. We started booking our honeymoon with them, and then moved into anniversary/birthday trips. This year, we used CTG to book a friends trip to Italy! It was incredible and something that we will cherish forever. Working with Carli and CTG was absolutely seamless, and they made a European vacation with multiple stops/hotels so easy to plan. The hotel and restaurant recommendations top notch, but CTG worked with us to make sure we could have the trip we always dreamed of, but also ensuring it fit into our budget. Not only were they extremely responsive and reliable throughout the entire planning process, but even when out of the country, Carli and her team were only an email/phone call away in case of any hiccups or issues such peace of mind!. This truly was a trip that will never be forgotten and we all cannot wait to use CTG again for our next travel adventure!
My husband and I used CTG for our Italian honeymoon in October. Megan planned an incredible week long trip for us. The itinerary was the perfect balance of leisure and activity, and every detail was taken care of. Megan was very responsive both during planning as well as while we were in Italy. We will definitely be using CTG for our next trip!
What an absolute blessing the Concierge Travel Group was to my husband & I! Megan was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We originally met in September 2020 when we began planning our honeymoon to Italy. Unfortunately, due to Covid, we had to postpone not only our wedding but also our honeymoon, which wound up taking place in June 2022. Working with Meg for almost 2 years, we never once felt like we would miss out on anything, & she ensured that we had the most amazing experience in each beautiful city we were, from perfectly curated excursions to the best of the best dining reservations chosen by Meg, based on her firsthand experiences. Seeing as this was both of our first trip abroad, we had so many questions, whether it be about flights, currency, travel, etc. Meg answered each question with honest professionalism, never once making us feel like an annoyance or burden. Meg was available to us throughout the entire extended planning process, as well as while we were abroad by email & phone. It gave us both peace of mind to know that any issues would be handled if they arose, which of course they never did due to her excellent planning skills. From the beginning of the process, Meg truly got to know my husband & I, listened to our needs & curated a one of a kind trip that will forever hold such a special place in our hearts. It was absolutely magical & we look forward to many more trips planned with the Concierge Travel Group!
My husband and I worked with Megan to plan our honeymoon in Alaska. The entire experience was incredible. She worked with us after we had to postpone our wedding and subsequent trip due to COVID and made sure everything stayed in our budget. She was extremely communicative and always responded to our questions almost immediately. She took all of our travel requests and created a dream trip for us. We got to do everything on our bucket list and it was all stress free thanks to her. We will definitely use this company for any future trips - we cannot thank her enough for making the trip of a lifetime of us!
I decided to work with Carli a second time after our initial honeymoon two years ago. We ultimately had to cancel our trip due to international covid concerns and Carli was beyond understanding and was able to help us quickly. She made the whole process easy during a very stressful time. We highly recommend The Honeymoon Concierge and Carli's whole team.
