Awful department. They take 4 weeks to schedule a bulk pick up and then have no care at all for the citizens. They send you to call center idiots that are rude and have ZERO interest in helping anyone.  This alone should be a cause for concern to anyone considering living in the Columbus district. Move to a suburb and avoid these terrible people at all costs!!!!!

Accessibility here is a nightmare, many flights of stairs, elevators required a card to use and had to wait a long time for help as I couldn't get around as well to find someone. Only been once, never coming back.

Tyrants who demand ID just to enter City Hall is downright sickening.  This is America, not North Korea.

This city is decent but needs to figure out what Public Transportation and Trains are.

THIS CITY IS COVERED IN TRASH. There is trash all over the place. We need to get every law offender out on the roadways picking up trash. And we need the government to hold property owners accountable for the trash. Looks like a third world in many areas around the city, it's sad.

Please clean the streets there is trash every were  is a beautiful state but we have to clean

Put the statue back, it’s your literal namesake.

Went in on a regular day to do a few public records requests and was told that the building was "private" and only open to public by appointment only and council meetings once a week. Smh

I WENT THERE AND SAW THIS!
