This company acquired J.B. Williams in 2002, which makes Williams Mug Shaving Soap, which I was a loyal user of for decades. Recently, they not only discontinued it, but they didn't even have the decency to update their website, so their website still shows it listed as a brand. It's unprofessional to own a brand and not update its website. It also makes me wonder if the discontinuing of this brand was not inevitable, but rather was a result of intentional neglect, failure of this company to maintain the basic marketing that any brand made. First Wiliams Mug stopped being sold in drug stores and I would special order it. Then one day, it wasn't available for order, but this company's website still shows it. I had to call for them to tell me it was discontinued. The person I talked to had no reason, nor did they offer me any suggestions of replacement products. I guess I'll have to find that on my own. What a way to treat a loyal lifetime customer, I literally have used this product every day of my life for decades. So sad, such a loss to see this brand just die of neglect.

Had an appointment at their Product Research Center in White Plains. Their highly skilled employees serviced and handled my cosmetic needs efficiently. Ample parking with accessible access. Pandemic and sanitizing protocols were maintained through out. A pleasure to experience!

Great place to get my hair done, whatever it needs. Have been going there for years, love the service and the people.

The place is clean and professional. The people there are friendly and have strict Covid protocols in forced.

Nothing special. Things work, good for weekend laundry load.
