Comfort Dental in Longmont is awesome! Dr Brad has been my dentist for over 3 years and he does amazing work! I cannot speak for everyone, but he has always made my experience very pleasant. He is professional, efficient and very patient. Dr Brad also makes me feel comfortable with communicating my dental needs. He also made me some awesome front teeth and an upper partial the first try! So happy! Thank you Dr Brad and Comfort Dental!
I had an extraction yesterday, and lots of work prior, Dr Richard is amazing!! He is calm, honest, and very compassionate! I was terrified! And he kept me calm! Dr. Brad is also amazing! Had lots of work from his as well! His singing is so helpful to get your mind off the procedure! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have been going to Dr Mortensen at Comfort Dental for over ten years. The office and staff are always pleasant. I feel like I always get a thorough cleaning and exam on my semiannual visits. I like the new electronic scheduling reminders and the new patient portal. My wife and I have never considered going anywhere else, even after we moved out of Longmont to Berthoud.
I wasn't able to get anything done because a root canal was done by another clinic. That clinics Saluadenegligence is now causing me pain. I rescheduled with my doctor another month out but still went to comfort dental to get help. I couldn't have anything thing done finish root canal because of my insurance and not paying out of pocket. I need some real help because this tooth has already been infected once. I don't have cash or health insurance through a job because I just started. I heard they double charge and it's a mess. I am worried about sepsis because it's been so long that my mouth has been like this.
This place is great. Made an appointment and they took care of me from start to finish. I've had my teeth pulled and dentures made and this place did an excellent job with very little pain. If you don't like dentist; this place is worth trying. The people that work there are professional and the dentist is amazing. Highly recommended!
Very nice dentist and assistant and a thorough cleaning. Not great about communicating before appointment, xrays weren't shown to dentist, phone calls and emails not returned, etc. So, I was pleasantly surprised when all went well! Will be back and would recommend.
Best dentist I’ve ever been to. They were able to do a cleaning on my three year old, and made her feel safe so she does not fear the dentist. And as an adult, they made me feel safe and cared for too. Thank you Dr Richard and staff!
Comfort Dental messed up a crown and my mouth got infected! I was supposed to get my tooth fixed AGAIN- and was forced to reschedule last minute by them- by that I mean 2 minutes after I got there- because the dentist had woke up sick my appointment was at 10 am. Then I had to reschedule due to a family emergency- and was told I’d have to pay last minute $100 fees. When I said I wouldn’t be able to afford that right now, the woman hung up on me. I’ve been a patient there for 15+ years and have NEVER been treated badly until I switched to the Longmont clinic. 0 stars would be more appropriate.
Decent experiences.. just awkward with Dr. S. The admin & techs are great, but I couldn't vibe with Doc.... tried to discuss my teeth & required fillings, but he wouldn't engage much or give professional insight each time. Had to specifically ask Tech H. for a good explanation, and she provided. But IMO, 1 full & proper INFORMED CONSENT by the Dr. and 2 Dr's "bedside manner" are crucial.... and "awkward" is the feeling that's stuck with me.
