Initially, when I got to the comfort inn, it seemed like a nice room. Although not very big it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Then upon checkout, I found out that the room cost $267 which for something that I would consider a two star hotel as exorbitant the coffee machine was broken. They use something to clean the room that I was allergic to and I’m not the kind of person that’s allergic to a lot of things. But it was over, perfumed and sickeningly sweet. Then on closer inspection, there was quite a bit of damage to the room. When I went down for breakfast, the eggs were soggy. All there was was yogurt, cereal, sausage, and egg, and the waffle dispenser didn’t work, all in all I was not impressed for the price at one bit. I will never stay there again.
Very happy with my stay. I called late and got a room during a concert. Thanks Brandi. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and engaged in treating everyone like welcomed travelers. I ended up staying a third night unscheduled and was welcomed back as though I'd never left. Thank you to everyone I had the experience of meeting, my trip was amazing. Walkability: I walked two and a half miles into town without any concerns. I do walk a lot in my own personal time and am accustomed to feeling safe. The town in general, left me without concern for my safety.
This place is TERRIBLE! If i could choose ZERO stars I would.! I can not believe they charge what they do for this place. I am a member of choice hotels and stay in my fair share this is the WORST. Choice hotels does NOT care if you are happy with your stay or not. They do not back up the customer. I am moving on after this experience.. Not a loyal customer anymore. I do have to say the hostess at the front desk was very kind and tried to be helpful. It is just to bad to fix.
Nice and fairly clean. A little dust on surfaces and A/C filters were a little dirty. Only complaints are that the TV was very small and bathroom had very little counter space. Definitely liked having some truck parking.Rooms: 5/5
I would have had a really good time if I'd had better company, but later, after the company left, it was great , no stress. Clean big rooms ,big tub ,and privacy. If you want to hide away that's the place to go to.Hotel highlightsRomantic, Quiet
The pictures of this hotel must be old. It is now very run down. The TV in our room was a small and the picture on it even smaller not the size of the screen. It constantly went blank cuz it lost internet connection. The room smelled of dog urine. Plumbing not great tolite paper would not go down we told front desk when we left for the day and instead of them fixing it they left a plunger by our door. REALLY if we had went cheap we would have expected this but it was 200 a night. We have stayed at many hotels and I have to say this was the worst.
