Comfort Inn Suites N Water Park

First and foremost...the staff was awesome! Very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great...plenty of variety. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were hoping the water park would be open, but we will look forward to next time when we plan a family get together. We have been coming for several years to have our family Christmas party and always satisfied with everything.

The rooms were perfect just enough pillows and towels. Water park was just right for everyone the breakfast was awesome with omelets fruit yogurt biscuits and gravy cereal muffins bagels juice etc. perfect for the little ones high chairs in the dinning area a Cub foods down the road not to far. Window latch was broken so the window would not shut all the way ROOM 315:and it was windy so it howled all night kinda sucked but all well was FUN Starbucks and Arby's right there perfect for a one two night get away

Very nice place. Waterpark being undated so not open,but that was ok as we were busy. There is a breakfast served but the only thing I thought was good was the Pancakes and omelets. We went to a coffee shop for coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. The mattress was high so I had to crawl up, but I didn't mind because comfortable. Over all, good 3 night stay. Nearby activities: Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Rooms were very nice and the water park was very fun for the kids. The only lacking part of our stay was the breakfast. No fresh food was made, there was one Pancake making machine that made small pancakes and took a very long time. No eggs, sausage, hashbrowns or other normal foods. Pretty disappointing.

Paid for the weekend and planned to swim for the day but they said since we were the only ones there they were going to close the park early. We paid for the day and they took it away. We will be disputing the charges and won't be coming back or recommending this place to anyone ever again. There are plenty of better options in the area.

What a beautiful water park! Lots of slides, plenty of room and very clean! Your kids will love it!!!

The rooms were clean and neat... The pool area was also clean. Overall the hotel was pretty quiet. Breakfast had a fairly large selection and wasn't to bad.Rooms: 5/5

We stayed for 2 night at the mid of Aug, due to the raining my kid didn’t go out and only played in the water park. And my daughter got bedbug bites. The hotel was trying to cover it up and didn’t apologize at all. We went to local hospital and diagnosed the bedbug bites. The hotel promised to call us when their manager come back on Monday, and after 9 days nothing happened. I won’t recommend to stay at this hotel.

This is a fun place to stay! The rooms are clean t he breakfast is good and the water park is fun! but there is a few things to mention the chlorine levels were really high and made people keep cough and just made me and other people feel sick. A kid threw up and I think some went in the pool and they never really cleaned it up but they did sweep the stuff up on the pool deck. otherwise then that the place was good they also have a little arcade.
