Cindy was a wealth of knowledge, so kind and adept at dealing with multiple customers at once. The store was well-organized and had a great selection of shoes. Cindy is a gem and I know she’ll continue to steer me in the right direction!
Wow. I went to check out some On shoes, a brand I had never tried before and I told the sales person this is a new brand for me, so I started with my normal athletic shoe size in most other brands and based on how they fit, requested 1/2 size up and then again another 1/2 size. At this point, the sales person said "let me measure your feet because you are wasting my time." Unbelievable. Good selection of shoes, but horrible customer service today. Never want to judge because you don't know what is going on in someone's life, but if he is not able to separate personal stress from a customer-facing job, then he is in the wrong job. I sure hope he isn't the store manager who sets the tone for all other staff in that store.
Amazing Experience, Ms. Cindy helped and gave me a tutorial for my new Birkenstocks. My feet were in great hands. Everyone in the store was very welcoming and helpful. I will be back soon.
Went here today excited to find a new pair of running shoes. And the sales women was very rude, not helpful at all, and kept telling me I needed to find my shock absorb-ion first. I clearly had no idea what that meant and she kept saying in the rudest way possible. I would never suggest anyone coming back here and we took our business somewhere else in Bethesda. We would give 0 stars if we could.

The man can't even refer to him as a gentleman who opened the store on Sunday, November 6, 2022 was so unbelievably rude. I did find the shoes I wanted in my size, but decided to take my business elsewhere.
We have purchased countless shoes from this location and their customer service is superb. We recently had a problem with a pair of shoes and without hesitation they went above and beyond helping us out. We will be purchasing all of our On Running shoes here in the future. Make sure to call to see their operating hours, they aren't updated for covid I am guessing.
The managers in this store are terrific. They take great care in measuring your feet and ensuring shoes fit properly. After searching for months, I finally found shoes that are comfortable and stylish thanks to the manager’s help. Best shoe store I have ever visited!
They have a niche in very high end shoes. But I’m more of a middle of the price spectrum consumer. The staff is very knowledgeable and they were not pushy- but could not understand why I didn’t whip out the card and buy. Maybe I’m the only visitor who passed on their merchandise?
Troubled feet rejoice! If you have problem feet, this is the store for you! Especially the Rockville location, where the salespeople are knowlegeable and patient. And older persons will love the selection.
