This was my very first experience with Seneca One. I had a awesome experience with this company, and will recommend them to friends and family. I worked with Ashlee Bartel, and she helped me from beginning to end. She offered excellent customer service, and offered a helping hand when it came to talking to my realtor, builder, and over writer. If I had any question, Ms. Bartel was there to answer, she truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was taken care of.If you are in doubt about using Seneca One, please rest assure that you are in good hands! For almost a year Ashley B. and Seneca One has assisted my son and I through a very tough and rigorous college experience. As a structured settlement holder I get countless phone calls from companies competing for my business. Hands down Seneca One has been the best experience I've had so far. Mr. Pettit has went above and beyond anything I could have asked or expected. Any questions or concerns have been addressed quickly and efficiently. He has absolutely made this process seamless. This is my first time working with Seneca and I can say with certainty I wish I would have known about them sooner. I had plenty of hesitations after working with other companies, such as J.G Wentworth, but after one phone call with William I knew I made the right choice. Absolutely would not deal with this company ever again I sold a Portion of my structured settlement to them in the past They were supposed to service me back what was owed to me On my birthday Still have not received any money from them can't get in contact with them because. Nobody Returns phone calls ive called Brian javadpour multiple times left voicemails and still no response. You wont be Important unless you can benefit them in some type of way It's all they care about is your money for them not for you!!! P.s everyone at seneca "I want my money can i have it now.
Seneca One was a very helpful company for me. I was able to get my money advanced to me instead of having to wait years to get it. I would like to thank Seneca One and a man that works there named Ari..... Ari helped me through everything and I thank him so much for that.... I would personally recommend Seneca One for anyone who has a settlement or anything like that and they absolutely need it.... Thank you Seneca One!!!
Great company, I personally have done 4 transactions with them and have not had one bad experience . Brendan Hill went above and beyond each and every time for me , and always was right on point . They also gave the best rates every single time and your more than just a number there they actually care about their clients and customers. I was in a bad spot several times and Brendan always was right there to help even when he didn’t have to at all . I strongly suggest you give them a chance before you use one of the bigger companies that have those ridiculous annoying commercials on tv , because I also used JG wentworth once before I knew about Seneca one and they were horrible they lied constantly took forever to do anything and didn’t give me half of the money I would have got had I known about Seneca one and went through them I suppose they need to rip their customers off to pay for those annoying commercials. Do yourself a favor and call Seneca One first , you won’t find a more honest and reliable company to deal with take it from a repeat happy customer . Brian Scranton
Really, I am only giving Seneca One 5 Stars because of the Senior Account Specialist that I have worked with, William Pettit. Mr. Pettit's work ethic is impeccable. My experience during my transaction was seamless. If I had any question, Mr. Pettit was there to answer, he truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was taken care of. There were many companies vying for my business as a stucture settlement holder, but I choose Seneca One specifically because of the quality of customer service that I received from Mr. Pettit. So 5 stars it is for Seneca One...To the higher ups: you can thank Mr. Pettit!!! Matter of fact I think you should take him out for coffee!
My experience with this company was a nightmare!. I Went to court got approved by the judge to get my annuity early from this company. After you get approved the company is suppose to fund you right away. I know because I have gone through a different company before this. I had to wait almost 2 months to get my money from Seneca One because they forgot to have a paper signed from my insurance company acknowledging that they would get there money. They are liars the guy I was working with through all of this was rude he never answered my call's I would try to get a hold of him all day and he would never return my call's. He would send me a message saying he would call me and never did, So I would call his office and people in his office would lie for him and tell me he was on the phone and that he would have to call me back. When we did talk, He would argue with me and talk to me with attitude. This company is very unprofessional I strongly advise anyone who is looking to sell an annuity not to go through this company, because you will not be treated with rerespect. If you would like a good reference Olive branch funding is a good company. They always got the job done right and funded me right away with no problem's everytime, I did 3 transactions with this company and they always came through for me right away.
My family has used Seneca One for more than one transaction. They were amazing, helpful, always answered questions and got back to us quickly every time. They were with us every step of the way each and every time. We highly recommend Secenca One.
