Comfort Suites Bush Intercontinental Airport

I had a nice stay. It is an affordable hotel that is newly renovated however you can tell it is still an older hotel. Decently clean. Breakfast is in the hotel next door but easy to get to and good food. I had an overnight layover the hotel shuttle picked me up no problem just call them when you arrive and have your bags. The next morning the shuttle was too full at my designated time so the front desk called a complimentary Uber for me and another lady which I appreciated.

The beds were super comfortable, and the service was great! It is near a major airport, so you will hear planes landing throughout the night. The shuttle service was super convenient, and saved us some money on an Uber/Lyft. The continental breakfast is located next door at the sister hotel, Country Inn and Suites. This wasn't a problem for me, but if you have mobility challenges then it may be.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. First, I mean I get it it’s a 3 star place but it truly smelled musty, the power went out, our tv stopped working so they had to move us rooms in the late night, then on top of that they gave someone else our room and key later that same night, and they walked in!! Luckily my top lock was locked!!!! I did not feel safe & they wouldn’t give me a refund nor did the front desk even seem like he cared when I called to ask what happened. I would spend my money elsewhere as there are hotels in the surrounding area.

Was the cheapest of the hotels right on that road near the eco-park. But yet the rooms and the whole hotel were newly renovated, nice big "modern" room up to code now. The parking lot was full and there must be some kind of park-n-fly to explain the number of cars, I wasn't using that, I was driving off to the eco-parking lot.Rooms: 5/5

Finally, my favorite hotel very close to IAH is open!! They just finished the renovations. Very clean and has an excellent welcoming hot breakfast and a shuttle is available to and from the airport. I highly recommend this Comfort suites, less than 2 miles from IAH.Rooms: 5/5

dirty towels, the hair dryer looks disgusting and not working at all, no towel racks any where in the bathroom, missing hook behind the door, only provide toast, jams, cereal and waffles for one of the breakfast- not sure if is because it’s Sunday. The tub flood with water during and after the shower. The experience make me to take out this brand out of my list for future stay. The staff is friendly.
