This was a quick little getaway for my family as our power was out due to the severe storms. Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. Breakfast was prompt and delicious! The most important thing I really liked was the people at the front desk. From check in to check out... They were very friendly! Excellent customer service! I just hate I didn't get their names! I just want to commend them for making us feel so comfortable and making us smile at a time when we were inconvenienced from the storm and had to leave home suddenly. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
This hotel was great for the price the room was spotless and smelled clean like there wasnt a bunch of chemicals used the bedsheets were soft and smelled fresh and the living space was really comfortable and spacious as well. The staff was great greeted us with a smile when checking in and out and well as the breakfast staff. The breakfast was a great hot breakfast with many choices.
This is a really good hotel! They have a great breakfast, friendly staff, complimentary iced lemon water and chocolate chip cookies! The shower pressure is awesome. The only reason I didn't rate a five is because the rooms could be cleaned a little better, the hot tub wasn't working, the pool was closed, and the workout room had no privacy and it's really small. I feel like if I started working out everyone checking in and out could practically see me and I don't like that.
This was perfect for a weekend away. All staff was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and everything worked well. Enjoyed breakfast options. Parking was a little tight and elevator could have been cleaned more often- otherwise great! Would definitely stay again! Location was awesome- quiet although right off the highway and close to many great eateries! Also got a coupon for 10-15% off at certain restaurants. Walkability: You could walk to several eateries if so desired.
