Good stay, king bed was comfy, nice new TV, and good selection for breakfast. One washcloth was hung up wet and presumably still dirty, but no significant complaints beyond that. Seems an obvious economical choice over the other hotels in the area, would stay here again!
Heather, The was absolutely attentive to getty me settle in my room. But the ice machine out on my floor and when it started working again it looks like it had roaches frozen in the ice. The elevator is extremely slow and for days the elevator smells like human feces. Last, To mention I did not get room service for about three to four days out of my six day stay. So l was directed to go to housekeeping to collect me some fresh towels. Food & drinks: Restaurants are very near hotel and very close access to interstate.
I drove from atlanta to Louisiana forgot my paperwork for my reports Heather at the front Desk very very Helpful She went above and beyond for me I needed documents printed. Complicated how i had to send it too her she was patient,informative and tech savvy. She also staple them organized them. Made my day thanks heather not only that she honored me as a diamond member when she addressed me. Great customer experience this i Thanks again
Night shift check in was great, great employee day shift employee and manger rude I’m a platinum member and called for late check out. They were very rude and hung up. And would not honor late check out even though platinum members get late check out bed was like sleeping on concrete room was so so not impressed I stay in over 100 days in hotel and rarely write a bad review but this staff was unacceptable
Use caution when booking through Priceline or other booking agencies. I stayed here in November for a concert. I booked and paid for my room through Priceline, but when I checked in I was asked for a credit card for incidentals. My card was charged again at check in. I was told that the charge was refunded and would "just fall off" without ever clearing. At check out, I spoke to the mangerEames the next morning and he also assured me that the charge would "just fall off". It never did. I filed disputes with my credit card and they denied the dispute. I even filed a claim with Choice Hotels but no one will contact me about the issue. I tried disputing with Priceline to no avail. Paid 166.90 through Priceline and 133.79 to this hotel. So not worth it! Truly feel like I was robbed.
