Comfort Suites Waxahachie - Dallas

Reserved in March for Scarborough faire. It is very close to the event. However when I called I was assured the pool would be open. Only reason I booked this more expensive hotel when there are others that are just as nice and close but less expensive. Got there and the pool was closed. Website still says they have a pool/hot tub which I very much looked forward to after being at faire all day. Had to give my debit card to the clerk for incidentals three different times. Not sure why it didn't save in the system but makes me nervous that I will see multiple charges.
