I would not stay here unless necessity requires it. Rooms smell strange not dirty, just strange and there were crickets in the room as well as hair on the “clean” towels. Bed looked questionable if it had truly been cleaned or not…

Not bad for its price. Receptionist was very nice and friendly. Had the king size room. The room was a good size. The bed indeed was a king size was not too bad as far as comfort. The pillows were a bit too soft for me since I’m a side sleeper and woke up with shoulder & neck sore. There was some sort of white stain/dirt on the head boardsee photo. Room & shower were clean. Definitely a good place for its price. Cons- 1-A little noise due to be so close to the highway. 2-The room door would not unless you lift the door by its handle and then I was able to lock it. 3-Bed sheet had yellow stains on one side of the bed slept on the clean side 4-Shower head not properly sealed and sink was cracked and chipped see photos.

Priya is an amazing person that works here. Everytime she greets me with a smile. The beds are very clean and tidy everytime I go here. The price is good too! Its near the ren fair i go each year and close to downtown Waxahachie for great dining. Thank you Priya!

Great place to rest from your road trips. The persons who attend front desk are very good and they try to help with your needs. The rooms are clean The ones are non-smoking but unfortunately we are not able to get two rooms during my travel and the smoking room was very stinky to cigarettes not good to use for some of my kids but the employees use spray to try to get rid of the smell maybe works for couple minutes. I would love to have this hotels smoke free specially having so much people stopping to rest from road trips. They have a great location close to expressway and very easy access to go back to the express way and continue your road trip Rooms: Rooms are big enough and two queen beds are good for family with kids. The only problem when you don't get a non-smoking room this are very stinky to cigarette but non-smoking rooms are nice and clean for family

Location is sketchy Room was alright. People were nice up Until my 2 & 3 year old got a little rowdy for less than a minute while I was warming them up some dinner. They ran around the bed twice. And with in seconds the people were knocking on my door threatening to check us out themselves or charge us more. Claiming other people were asking for refunds etc. There is no one underneath us. There's only 2 floors and we were on the bottom of the 2. So those 30-40seconds they were a little wild before I stopped them shouldn't have been a cause for threats. And when I expressed my 2 year old is autistic I was told they don't care and I could be lying. That would have been our demand for a refund. My toddler has a disability and it was looked over and told I was lying. That is my 100% reason for my rating. We've stayed in a few other hotels/motels lately and not a single one has came knocking on the door complaining about the kids, bc they arent doing anything wrong. When they do it's stop immediately. Don't stay here. The owners live there. After complaining to us about my son's, they had family members screaming,yelling, slamming doors speeding out of the parking lot etc. And weren't being told anything. We won't be back again. Was absolutely ridiculous. Floors were uneven. Walls are paper thin. Rude employees. People were banging on the wall by our head while sleeping. Constant foot steps above our room all night. Never again.

The Trxas Inn is the wrong place . THge cars traffic is to much real loud . And for four nights some one in Room 306 has been beating on the Wall . I talked to Manager. She say their is no one in the room. I deat back on the Wall they stop . Then hit Wall again laterRooms: 1/5

I have stayed here on multiple occasions and some occasions for over a year... The owners r very nice and friendly and help you in anyway they can.... They also clean the rooms themselves.... And they actually clean the rooms unlike other places that don't really clean the rooms.... They also have the place sprayed every 2 weeks.... I love staying at this place and would stay here rather then any other place in Ellis County
