I am shooting for TUE evenings 6PM weekly Start run/jog/walk at 6:05
(New also meeeting SAT 9 AM at McCallister Park with the RCCC Running group ... they have walkers too)
We will discuss options for the group and recon the route/trail.
I would be willing to change date/times or add days depending on group needs.
Children and strollers welcome. No daycare set up yet, but I am sure some may stay back for kids in the park. Exercise equipment on the trail.
