Routine prenatal visits following schedule similar to OB/GYN
One in-home prenatal visit near 37 weeks of pregnancy
Labor support, delivery, immediate postpartum care and teaching
In-home postpartum visit approximately 24-48 hours after birth
Additional postpartum follow up appointments
Assistance with completing birth certificate paperwork
