Our Urgent Care

I visited Our Urgent Care this week. It took less than an hour for me to get there be seen and head to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. They were super efficient, and super friendly. They even called to check and see if I was feeling better two days later. They get two thumbs up for service. Great work. I would come back there in a heart beat.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit. The front desk staff was friendly and proactive; therefore I had little to no wait. The nurse was efficient and extremely helpful. The doctor put me at ease by how knowledgeable and thorough he was. Not only was the staff great; but the facility was impeccably clean.

The staff was extremely friendly and saw us very promptly. As soon as we finished the regular paperwork you get at every doctor's office, they called us back and checked on my son. We were very pleased with the staff and the facility was clean and easy to access with the stroller. If we ever need urgent care again, we're coming back here.

The staff was very friendly. My son had a stomach virus, The NP was very thorough and walked him through all the steps to home with for home care..she was knowledgeable and offered time for questions. Even though we were in and out within an hr, the service we received was not rushed . I would definitely recommend to anyone...

Today I was sent home from work. I’m a nurse and cannot get my patients sick. But I need my working hours to pay bills. Our Urgent Care saw me quickly! I walked right in. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The flu swab and steroid shot were not even painful! They understood that I needed help quickly so that I could get back to work. My prescriptions were sent to a nearby pharmacy and all my questions were answered. I will return over and over again and reckoned them over other urgent cares in the area where I felt like a cattle in the herd instead of a valued patient. Thanks so much Our Urgent Care!

The experience here was great! I went here for a sore throat and other symptoms since I don’t have an established primary care doctor. They were very kind during the visit, offering me an alternative to a shot since I’m afraid of needles. They even followed up with me the next day to see if I was feeling better.

What a waste of time. Spent 20 minutes filling out paperwork and another 20 minutes explaining my ailments only for the nurse to tell me in 30 seconds she has no idea what’s wrong and I need to go to the hospital. She just looked at me and expected me to accept that advice and walk out! When I asked if I was going to be charged for this waste of time of a visit, they said “Yes”! Incredible, they didn’t offer any treatment just told me to go to the hospital and collect $$. I’m going back to Total Access Urgent Care — at least they DO SOMETHING! Edit: I went to Total Access Urgent immediately afterwards and all i can say is WOW! The quality of service, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were just incredible! The hooked me up with an IV, gave me some medication that made my stomach feel better, and then did a CT scan to look at my stomach for any problems. They took my urine and blood to do analysis. They gave me medication to make me feel and get better. They told me to call immediately if i start feeling worse. This place actually cares about its patients.

Went in the morning with a corneal abrasion. They saw me quickly, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the facility is super nice and clean. It only took a short time before I was out the door with the prescriptions I needed already submitted to my pharmacy. Best urgent care experience I've had.

I had the best experience with the Richmond Heights urgent care! Very friendly staff and great nurse Britney she was super and very professional and very nice. I felt almost at home besides the fact I’m not feeling well. Best quality of care and fast and efficient! I highly recommend especially if you don’t have a doctor.

Great place, very nice and professional staff. I scheduled an appointment online for 11:10am and completed the registration form to save time when there. Got there a bit early at 11am and was seen right away, everyone was friendly and courteous and they had me on the way to pick up my prescription at 11:25am , they also call in your prescription to your pharmacy so it’s ready when you get there. Overall this has been the best urgent care place I’ve been to, I’m very impressed and would recommend this place to anyone.
