A Trendy consignment event for women's and children's quality apparel and baby equipment. www.commonthreadsconsign.com
Common Threads is a semi-annual children's consignment event in Union County. Seasonal consignment events are a fast growing trend... why? Because it is a great way to buy and sell high quality children’s items.
Common Threads accepts your pre-owned name-brand children's clothing and other quality items prior to the event by appointment. The sale takes place over a 3 day period.
This is not a yard sale, it’s so much more : Much less work for the consigner and so many more options for the shopper.
How Common Threads works: Common Threads accepts a consignor’s good quality children's and women's apparel, baby equipment, toys, books etc. to sell at our spring or fall event. Common Threads then displays these things in a retail-like setting for several days. The store is open to the public for 3-4 days of shopping. Each consignor prices and tags their own items through our website which generates barcoded tags for the individual consignor. The consignor then makes a drop-off appointment to deliver their things to the event.
Why you should become a consignor: This is the trendy way to make extra money and clean out your closets. Anyone is welcome to consign and a consignor keeps 70% of their sales. Typically a consignor makes twice as much as they would at a yard sale or consignment shop and invests much less time. Simply register at commonthreadsconsign.com before the event and begin gathering and tagging your things according to the directions given on our website.
How to receive a shopping pass for the PRE-SALE:
At each event there is the opportunity to shop before the crowds the evening before the event opens to the public. Only consignors, volunteers, brand new mommies, brand new grandmas, and homeschool moms may come to the Pre-Sale. Anyone may become a volunteer or consignor.
