I had a flat tire on my bike, I took it down 50 minutes away to Earls. I also requested the simple maintenance package, while it was in for a service. I received an email, that it was done the same day, with enough time to drive back down and pick it up! Wonderful people, courteous, and insightful. Fair repair and service prices.
I’m new to town and stopped by here for the first time yesterday. I was impressed by the selection of bike bags, accessories, apparel etc. I always prefer local bike shops and this one has a great vibe. This place is certainly family run. One for the owner’s young daughters helped me find a rack bag and vest. I’ll definitely be back.
Great shop with great service. It’s a two floor bike shop with plenty of room For a lot of parts, bikes, apparel, and accessories. The service was quick and fairly priced, the guys working there were nice and knowledgeable, no complaints here.
I have been taking my bicycle here for years. They have done a great job handling the service on this bike I bought before I moved into the state. We sense of purchased a bike for my wife from them that we have been very happy with the quality and now have the two bikes we take for them to service. They do a great job with annual maintenance as we just had done a couple of weeks ago and they do a great job with repairs when I break something as I did yesterday on my first ride of the year. Most days you'll find Earl, the owner, infrequently find his wife and some of the kids who are always pleasant to see around the shop. With bikes, just like car mechanics, you sometimes wonder about the pricing and are they recommending more service than necessary. I have never felt anything but comfortable with what they recommend and compared to other shops they seem to have very good pricing.
The staff at Earls are top notch. We've purchased 3 bikes so far and will continue to deal with them. Edit: added bike #4 and still great to deal with. Support your local bike shop!
Other bike shops should take notes! Earl found a solution to my need for a gravel bike by putting gravel tires on an all-road bike. Rental price was very reasonable and the beautiful carbon bike worked perfectly. Because of Earl, we crushed 125 gravel miles today. Thanks for hooking it up!
Earl is a respectful, considerate, hard-working guy. Bought my first nice bike here and had an excellent experience. He and the staff were very congenial to me and my kids. While there, they were very busy--the phone kept ringing, people kept coming in to get their bikes repaired or seek advice; Earl or one of the other staff made time for everyone. He addressed all my concerns and answered all of my questions. He made sure I left with a bike suited to my needs and fit to my person. The shop is very clean. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Had a wonderful experience picking up a new bike from Earl's. Very professional, gives honest advice and recommendations without just pushing expensive products on you. Very patient with the fitting process and overall made one very happy customer. Thank you Earl!
100% recommend! Picked up a new commuter bike and had the best shopping experience in years. Online ordering was simple but the pickup was even better. What a friendly family run store that knew exactly what they were talking about. I even had an issue with my new order after getting it home and Earl came out and fixed it the next day. 10/10 this is how a business runs!
