I have been going here for years! It was always accommodating and friendly! Today I went and found out it closed! I’m very disappointed! They just transferred my prescription to rite aid, without even informing me! That is not very professional! I would have liked if someone from there called me! I’m not happy!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I went to them because I wanted to support a local business. After my insurance changed, they accidentally ran three prescriptions through my old insurance. When the old insurance company realized it, they billed me $478, saying I wasn't covered at the time. I called my insurance company, they said to have Community Care refund the old insurance company, and bill my current one. Cheyenne, the owner of Community Care, absolutely refused. She admitted it was her store's fault...and that they accidentally ran the wrong card THREE TIMES. But refused to reverse it, saying she was afraid she wouldn't get paid from the new insurance company, even though I assured her she would. I went back and forth with both insurance companies for over a year...and eventually I had to pay the cost out of pocket. I asked Community Care NUMEROUS times for their help, and they literally would not do one thing, would not make one call, or do ANYTHING to correct THEIR mistakes. Like I said, I wanted to support a local business, but I wouldn't buy as much as a stick of gum from them ever again. I'd be happy to see them go out of business. It's what they deserve for being such poor businesspeople.

Worst place ever . Owner doesn’t know what she is talking about . I went in for medication she was helping me her phone rang and she left me to attend her phone. Lucky her technician was there and she finished helping me. I don’t not recommend this place at all. The technician knew more then the pharmacist/owner . Horrible experience!!

It is a great pharmacy, always available to help with the medication and insurance processing. The staff is dedicated and friendly.

Great customer service. Don't have to wait long for medication.
