Juan Arpi the service manager, was not only efficient and helpful when he arrived to set up my husband’s hospital bed and lift chair, he was so kind. I wish I had known about Hudson Pharmacy & Surgical Supplies earlier. Highly recommend.

When my dad's back surgery didn't go as smoothly as possible, we needed to rent a lift recliner quickly, and Hudson Pharmacy & Surgical was fantastic. We were able to leave a message on a holiday weekend and Wilson got back to me first thing Monday morning and was able to have a lift recliner delivered the next day. This saved my Dad and allowed him to sit and sleep comfortably during his recovery. The process was easy and the guys that delivered and set up the chair were also wonderful and patiently explained how to use the chair. Would highly recommend!!!

I was looking into ordering a chair for a family member. John and Wilson walked me through the process step by step and provided me with all the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision. The delivery was on time and the chair put together in minutes by the great delivery team.

I was recomended to go here for a rollator walker that i need i sent a email asking if Medicare & Medicaid covered the cost & no one has responded????? It would be nice if someone would at least respond.

Can not recommend Hudson Pharmacy enough!  After a long hospitalization and stint in a rehab facility, they made it possible for me to return to my own home.  Worked with my family so that I had EVERYTHING i needed.  Everything delivered and set up on time and cheerfully. So glad to have this wonderful store and service in my community!

Last year when my wife was diagnosed with cancer, we were faced with the difficult task of making out home wheelchair accessible so that we could get her home versus putting her in a nursing home which at 46 years old was not where she needed to spend her remaining time on this earth. One of the things we needed was to have a ramp installed which would allow me to safely get her into and out of our home for doctor appointments. The folks at Hudson Pharmacy and Surgical came to our home and installed the ramp within days of my request and we’re a pleasure to deal with. After my wife passed away, they were quick to respond when I requested that it be removed and were empathetic and professional during a very difficult time. I highly recommend them.

The few times I have been there they seem to always be too busy to take care of me. I have never been greeted pleasantly. I met the owner at a local restaurant and he seems so pleasant...  so I do not know were the communication breaks down.

We've purchased many items through Hudson Pharmacy for my wife. All great quality. When ever we had an issue they usually helped us without issue. Unfortunately one of the things we purchased was a stair lift. We were told if we no longer needed it they would buy it back from us, and remove it for free. After my wife past away I contacted HPS to sell the lift back to them and have them remove it. We initially paid over $2400 for it. They said no problem, they could come and get it no charge, but would only pay me $100 for the lift. Citing they would have to repair and store it. Well there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. My wife spent more time in the hospital in the last 3 years then at home. So it only has the use of pretty much less then a year. I didn't expect to make all my money back but $100 was absolutely insulting.  Weird part was when I called they asked me how much I wanted for it first, when I said I don't know what can you give me. That's when he said $100 and that is all.

The equipment i rented was QUALITY! Very easy process and the rental fee was lower than I expected for the amount of time. I was very pleased

I highly recommend Juan  the service repair man and this company! My mom is 82 years old and has a Stairchair lift in which the company no longer exists. She has hardly used it in the 3 yrs she has had it so it was not worth replacing but needed repairs. Juan is a very honest person. He is the type of service man that we all need. Not only did he bring out the parts that he thought it might need but when the battery was the problem, he didn’t stop there. He continued to check it out further and found a couple other issues that would have been very costly to my mom on a fixed income. He was able to fix them and literally saved her hundreds of dollars. This reflects a very honest man and reflects well on his company. This enables my mom to continue to live in her house alone and independently. THANK YOU JUAN, and Hudson pharmacy and surgical. I would depend on them for all my equipment repairs!!
