I would have to give this place a 2star. They did a great job with the beside burial spot for my baby , but on the professional level with baby paper work I can say they are not on the ball for greatness. I loss my baby in 2021 and was told the paper work would have been done after the gave me my $30 dollar deposit back after being lied too I had to post my opinion. This has been a ruff road and to be lied to is a very slap in the face for me . I can’t stand a lier and I can’t stand to be lied to. This has been a journey from calling in the month of September to now. So if your wanting any kind of paper work and in a orderly fashion and done right I wouldn’t advice this place . But if you don’t care about the behind the scene they were good on the burial side. Hope this helps out .

They are professional and honest. Accommodating. They were the only funeral home that allowed us to do our father funeral on the exact same time we requested. They were honest to refund some money back. Highly recommended

My family went to Community funeral home when a loved one died unexpectedly. I'm very pleased with how business was conducted and how attentive and helpful the staff was. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to lay a loved one to rest.

Loosen a parent was so hard. community funeral home and staff was so compassion with me and my family . Thank you for doing everything you're done my mom was so beautiful that day y'all did such a good job I cannot thank you enough

If I could rate this place 0/10, I would. They have absolutely no empathy or respect for the mourning process. When you base your business off of sympathy and compassion, this is the bare minimum. My family and I were treated very unkindly. They have also proven to have minimal communication skills. I will not be visiting this place again, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone else.

In my experience -The funeral home is rude, unprofessional and has no empathy. The program was void of any modern abilities. No capability of video recording or live streaming.

This is a wonderful place to assist with your loved ones laying to rest. They are professional, respectful, understanding, and thorough. We are very pleased with the love and respect our loved one received here.
