My BFF Katashia Porter was taking well care of by the Director’s of this Furneral home although her passing was untimely and unexpected. I am grateful that she was attended to so beautiful with Grace, Class and Elegance. They were very professional and not only catered to the needs of the family members but friends as well... I would recommend this funeral home to anyone in the surrounding area.

I called John Harmon looking for a casket, while the man that answered the phone was polite, after the third time he placed me on HOLD before I can tell him why I was calling, I asked why are you placing me on hold? he responded did I want to speak with John Harmon? After he transferred the call, Karen answered and I asked if I could speak with Mr. Harmon, Karen didnt response yet simply told me who she was again, I inquired if I could speak with Mr. Harmon if he was available. KAREN HUNG-UP THE PHONE. I called back and spoke with Alva, polite and understanding I explained just what happened, I asked if Mr. Harmon was available and she told me that he just went into a meeting the he may or may not call back and that she doesn't follow up on calls. I provided my name and phone number. A few minutes later the phone rang, it was the JR undertaking ie John Harmon company after I answered the caller hung up, just to call right back and after I answered, the lady, asked who I was and what company was I calling from that I keep calling. I responded , that I called and Karen Hung Up the phone on me. She further inquired what I needed, I said nothing, that I would not buy burger from you. THIS IS MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND STAFF that I have came across in a very long time. This company if its staff is representative of his character no one should utilize its services.

When my step mother passed and we had nothing more than what the SDA pathfinder associates donated Mr Harmon did a awesome with amount given. I am just so greatful....
