I always have an amazing experience at the community health center. The nurses are always great. They are very interactive, they explain and let you know everything that they are doing, I always get updates and notification. The doctor was amazing, she was very thorough. They were all so nice and friendly.
It is what it is. I just wish when you ask for a refill and they say yes but give you something less effective without telling you is poor communication skills. I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times because I couldn't understand them. When I mentioned an issue with my eye they wouldn't let me get close enough to show them. I felt like the nurse practitioner was fearfull of me... It was the wierdest appointment ever. She even said "at your age you only need 4 hrs sleep... Whatever... Thanks Brandon. P.s. pharmacy is quick and pleasant to deal with. Associates at front are spectacular. Building is clean and unexpectedly nice inside.
This place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate! My daughter had her annual physical done in February and I have been trying to get a copy for the past 5 weeks with no luck. I physically went to the office thinking that it could simply be printed out only to find out that’s it’s not even in her chart! And then when I try to speak to someone regarding records I get transferred to a third party company that offers no help at all. And unfortunately this is not my first issue with records but this is definitely my last.
Kay at the front desk and Jacquie were great! I will transfer from Advent because of the knowledge and genuine passion for serving others displayed on my first visit. Although its a clinic it has big hospital fundamentals.
Very Quick and Very Kind staff. Very clean facility. each visit was extremely professional. My Child's needs were met with efficiency.
When I arrive for my 1 o'clock appointment there was no person at the front desk to assist anyone to go in the back. My appointment to see the Eye doctor maybe everyone at Lunch. about 8 people in line waiting All of a sudden 3 of front desk assistant came from the back.
I’ve been going to this location since I was 18 years old when I had no insurance this location provided a source to still be able to have opportunities to have healthcare. I have used many of they different locations. But currently Michele Wetmore at winter garden location has made the impression of a life time. So helpful so easy to talk to by far the best primary care doctor.
Staff is friendly. Wait time is about 5-15 minutes. The facility is clean and spacious. I don’t live close by, but I will drive the distance because of the service and care I received.
Clean, friendly and communicative staff, Emily is an excellent person. Resolve may dental problem less than an hour.
Excellent location, service and professional staff.Soecial thanks to this 5 stars ladies Alba and Shanice, they love their job and are very kind!!
