No wonder they score so low. They cancelled my first appointment booked for the middle of September without telling me, luckily I called to make sure it was still booked, only to find out it was cancelled because the therapist had training that day. Yeah, thanks for not calling me to tell me. So, they scheduled me for September 4th, which was labor Day. Some places are open, some places aren't on this day. Guess what? They weren't open, but somehow booked my intake for that day. Now the soonest they can get me in is October with an intern. So, thanks to their mistakes, I now have to wait until then for services. This place is a travesty. Not to mention I went in person once, and met the rudest receptionist/front desk person of my life. Seriously, find somewhere else.

First off let me say that I love my therapist. I've been seeing them for almost two years and am very happy. My only complaint is with the psychiatrist side of things. Mine has been out on medical leave a ton and the coverage wasn't great.

I’ve been going here for a little over 8 months, and I’ve been in for appointments more than I can even recall. This place is truly amazing, and I would most definitely recommend their recovery team in Leominster. Thank you for all that you have done, and I’m so great full to be able to work with you all in the NOW!

Don’t even bother. They constantly cancel appointments without telling you. I have had 3 therapy appointments where the therapist just didn’t show up. They will never call or message to say that is not happening. I recently went in person for an appointment and the person was absolutely terrible. She told me that the person was on medical leave and I said that they should’ve called me. They already rescheduled the appointment before and I confirmed this time with the front desk. She was extremely rude and awful. In addition to poor scheduling, my two therapists have both left in the last 6 months. It has been over 2 months and they have not reached out for a replacement yet. I highly recommend that if you are looking for any assistance, go elsewhere

Utterly ridiculous. I am so disgusted with this whole place. Can never get into contact with anyone. I left a therapy appointment early, visibly upset and in tears, and I mistakenly thought a therapists role was to check in on their patients in a time like that. Apparently it’s not. They don’t care. As for medication management, I was left in the middle of a medicine change, told my doctor went on medical leave, and they should’ve called me to let me know and then made it seem like my fault. Save yourself the time and hassle. My mental health has not improved in the slightest since beginning treatment here.

The empty chairs , rooms sums up this company that replaced HLC. Worst ever. If you are looking for medical help, don't go here. They don't care.

This place is run terrible, multiple times I've had to go without medication because of an error on their end. Appointments gets changed and contacting the med line or trying to ask a secretary for help beyond making an appointment is useless

They wouldn’t give me any info about the therapist prior to the call except for her name. They told me she would call and now she’s 1/2 hour late for telehealth meeting and no explanation from the desk as to if or when this person is supposed to call. Unbelievable!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Shameful!!!

Terrible customer service and very rude to the clients they should be supportive towards. Couldn't answer simply questions and the staff there make you feel like your bothering them when you ask any questions. The nurse staff at the hospitals they serve are beyond fustrated and go as far as apologizing for there last minute sub par services . Only expect to be provided with a staff member who doesn't know how to communicate with people in crisis or awaiting services . nothing's done on timely manner causing the hospital nurses to take the brunt of there slow response time. These establishment should be ashamed please don't bring your sick here if you're seeking treatment.. Have never had someone rush me off the phone or be that rude disgusting organization.

How can a place like this stay in buisness when they cannot even communicate a change of schedule or that thier therapist I'm supposed to see LEFT. People are comming to you to GET mental help, not make it effing worse!
