Leominster Health Department

If I could give zero stars, I would. The people working in this department will be rude to you for asking questions and needing help. Not just one time either, this has been an issue for about 3 years now. No matter how polite and calm we have been, still rude and not helpful. Now we are finding out they have been giving us a hard time all along when they were instructed to do otherwise by the mayor s office. Just really disappointing we have been going through this for so long and they can do whatever they want with no repercussions. Avoid at all costs.

Very courteous and helpful, had to deal their nurse when I had caught covid a few months ago and she was always very helpful and understanding. Called recently and even know they didn't have the information I was looking for the man spent his time trying to help me find it and was extremely nice. Thanks!
