Got two letters in the mail demanding payments for bills I never received in the first place and had to a certain day to pay them or they get sent to collections. I tried calling there finance number over and over again to try to figure everything out because I paid every bill I got from them. Nobody answers their phones and my messages were not returned. I just ended up mailing two checks for 2 bills I never got.
LeAnn in the lab was so wonderful with Dad. She stuck him ONLY ONCE! She asked him a question as he was about to pass out. Then she escorted him out to me, even though he claimed he wasn’t woozy. Best part for Dad was he had NO bruising after, so he could go cut wood after we got home. For me, I ripped the bandage off his hairy arm before he was ready, never heard him howl like that before still giggling after 15 hrs. Now you did it LeAnn, he wants you next time! Thank you so much.
So beyond irritated with this hospital's receptionists. They call me and ask me to call them back to schedule my ultrasound with radiology. I called them back and talked to a lady who obviously has no clue how to do her job. She tells me alrighty your scheduled for tomorrow morning at 8 am ... See you in the morning. I work third shift and am generally sleeping by 8. I get to the hospital and they tell me oh we don't do ultrasounds on the weekends. Has me wait so they can get ahold of the radiology department. Just for them to tell me my appointment isn't until tomorrow. How do you tell someone they are scheduled for this day make them drive all the way here just to be sent home because your receptionist that scheduled the appointment doesnt know how to schedule people or even know the hours for which the department even operates. So retarded!!!
This is where I gave birth to my first child.. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. They did a wonderful job of making my first days as new mom very comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility!

A hospital with no doctors. Doctors are constantly gone on "vacation" or straight up leave to find better work. Had a doctor that was gone for 3 weeks straight in Alaska and had all his patients pushed other doctors. Nobody ever answers phones also.
Great facility! Awesome staff! Took great care of my grandma! :D
Can't believe the reddy clinic is always closed forcing people to go to the ER.
Very small town buildings and houses as well. People lack friendliness.
They took real good care of my younger brother when he was being admitted from being really ill.
