Community Reach Center provides supportive mental health services to people of all ages. Founded in 1957, this nationally acclaimed non-profit mental health provider can help individuals and families who need help coping with a current mental health crisis, as well as support for individuals living in recovery from persistent mental health disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety. Community Reach Center is a national leader in integrating mental health care with primary care in order to support the overall health of communities.
