Compass Medical - Urgent Care

Went in with suspected pneumonia. They were all super nice and extremely considerate. They had me in and out of there in a little over an hour. Chest xrays and all! Best place to go if your sick or hurt and don't want to be there forever. Best of all I didn't have to go to that hell hole Morton!

After a bad experience with South Coast Health Urgent Care They "couldn't see me because they didn't have a contract with my insurance provider", even though they are listed as an approved provider in my insurance carrier's provider list! I went to Compass Medical in Middleborough. From the minute I called to make my appointment, to the time I limped out with my new aircast boot.....everyone there was kind, professional, and courteous. It is so nice to be treated with respect when you are sick or hurt.

They used to be a very good walk-in clinic where I never had to wait more then 15-20 minutes to be seen. Now they are appointment only and sometimes it can be hard to get seen timely. They have really gone downhill in the last 3 or so years.

Was stuffed in a room and forgotten about. Over 90 minutes for an urgent care appointment at a largely empty building is not acceptable. I was left alone so long I popped my head out to ask if I was forgotten about as the nurses station was cleaning up and getting ready to leave. The doctor barely looked at me and sent me for a chest x-ray. Been waiting on those results for over an hour. I would not recommend coming here if you are short on time.

Went in for a sick visit on Thursday had labs done they told me results would be in today I would not go the weekend without out meds and I would get a call today. I received no call! I called at 4:45 to be told no results no meds and dr is off nothing can be done try to call on call later or tomorrow but most likely have to wait I’m extremely upset I was lied to and my medical concerns not taken seriously and had to miss work with no medical excuse extremely upset with the way this was handled not professional at all

Went just yesterday for some shoulder pain, while my issue was not fully resolved because I need to see an orthopedic everyone I encountered and talked to was so wonderful and really seemed like they cared to help me and ease my pain. I’d pick going there over any general practice I talked to on the phone. Called Compass General before them and the difference on the way I was talked to and cared for was astounding. Thank you so much!

Terrible! I changed doctors, I paid for my documents to be sent to my new doctor and they haven't sent them since September 2022.

Everytime I've gone there I've never received the care I needed.all the staff need more training!it never seems to fail.they are only concerned about partying that's all they talk about

rating this based on the drs i have seen before today... today was different, around 4ish a woman ive never seen before and hopefully dont again was my dr... honestly i cant understand why youd be in this profession when its clear you are miserable and act like you hate people! do the world a favor and get a job as a school cafeteria worker.
