Compassionate Health Care is a private practice. We have two providers - Dr. Keith Weaver and our nurse practitioner, Ms Jaime Sandefur.

We are closed, daily, from noon till 1:00 for lunch. On Thursdays we are closed from 1:00 to 2:00 for office matters.
Our office phones are on at 8:15 and shut off 15 minutes till closing. We are closed 9 holidays out of the year.
