After dealing with atrial fibrillation for almost 2 years it was determined that I was a candidate for a cardiac ablation. I was referred to Complete Cardiology Care in Ormond Beach. It was at that time I met with Dr. Lupercio in reference to the ablation. From my first meeting with Dr. Lupercio and throughout the entire ablation process I found the Dr. to be very professional as well as having a very relaxed and caring demeanor. As a result I felt very comfortable and confident with the process. On 7/18/23 my ablation was completed and appears to be successful. I would like to thank Dr. Lupercio for getting my life back to normal. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering an ablation procedure.
Dear Dr and staff, I bought Elsa H over for a second opinion on heart options. What an impeccable office! So refreshing to see young people enjoy the challenges that face them with a smile. They answered Elsa's questions and made her feel very comfortable. What a clean office too! If I was to rate this office it would give them 10’s across the board. Thanks again Nicole, Paul and Dr want! Elsa has decided to have Dr Wang to be her complete cardiology care team. Bless you all!
I have had Atrial Fibrillation for a long time and every year it got worse. About three years ago I had the cardio ablation done and nothing improved . It was an overall bad experience and long recovery. I changed doctors and he recommended Dr Lupercio with Complete Cardio Care . In the mean time my AFIB was ruining my life with shortness of breath, dizziness and heart rates constantly over 100. Dr Lupercio said an ablation was the only treatment for improvement. He did the procedure earlier this year and I felt about 50% better. A few months ago the symptoms were coming back and Dr Lupercio did a cardioversion treatment an another ablation. Since then I feel a whole lot better. Only minimal shortness of breath, I have my appetite back, much more energy and normal heart rates. I'm so glad I chose to trust Dr Lupercio. He explains what he will be doing and takes time to answer any questions that I might have. He's Great!
I have now been to this doctor's office twice, The first time was for a consultation and this went well. When I went back for a follownup I was told to be there at 3:30 pm. as I sat in the waiting room for my appt. other patients were coming in and taking before me. I sat there for 40 mins and was never called to see the doctor. I finally went to the desk and rescheduled my appt. as they forgot I was there. Today I went there and they told me that the doctor was running late. . This place has the worst service and I will never step foot in that place ever again .they couldn't care less about their patients. all they care about is your insurance.
Office doesn't tell you the co-pay correctly. Then proceeds charge additional fees for doctors you don't actually see. Billing department and staff are WAY below par. I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hrs. when I was required to see another dr. Needless to say I asked why the continued delay and finally was told they forgot about me. BEWARE.
Dr. Lupercio accomplish what California doctors were not able to… He repaired my fibrillation by preforming a perfect Ablation on my heart. He is a true surgeon and high professional. I can’t say enough for his excellent staff. His surgery staff at Advent Health were not only professional but also very caring. Shame I can’t give him 10 stars. Robert Mosley
Good office - he is busy so waiting will be in the picture- he cares about his pts. Ginger PA is terrific. He is patient with your vs. and very qualified. Had ablation - hoping for a positive outcome! So far so good! Thrilled he is in our area.
Dr. Lupercio is such a great doctor; a wonderful caring, compassionate person. He is very knowledgeable and is proficient in sharing care-details. This no doubt helps me to better understand my health issue and intern, stay healthier. As a senior-registered-nurse, in my practice I’ve seen many doctors in action. I’m confident in having Dr. Lupercio as my cardiologist.
I was greeted and treated so kindly here. I saw Dr Wang first and he scheduled my surgery. So caring and attentive! Dr Florentino Lupercio was the surgeon. He was fabulous too! Great care. I recommend them to anyone for heart problems. Great staff also! Thank you team!
I am very satisfied with the Doctors in this office . This is my opinion based on my experience. I have been very frustrated with the staff. I recently received a very serious diagnosis. My oncologist, gastroenterologist expressed that an urgent need for several procedures. The hospital said I needed a release from cardiologist which was faxed over. I called cardiologist to see if they received, they did not. I called the hospital and they said they would re fax. I called the gastroenterologist and oncologist and told of the delay. I could not be scheduled by hospital until they received release. Next day I called the cardiologist office to see status of. I called a gain in the afternoon to see if it was completed . It was and I was told I called too many times and was causing confusion in the office and the procedures in processing. They did not call and let me know of problems on their end . I don’t know what is involved . I am anxious about my health and trying to be my own advocate. The office was not responsive or sympathetic to my problem
