We provide home care and home care and home health services in Snohomish and King County. We specialize in serving clients with Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Hospice Care, and clients needing Physical Therapy or Driver Evaluations.
CHC Services was established by a group of doctors with over 100 years of combined healthcare, administration and research experience. We provide home health and home care services for those in the greater Seattle area.
Our mission is to work collaboratively with our clients and their health care community and to assist them in remaining in their homes and managing their disease, disabilities or conditions with integrity, dignity and satisfaction.
We offer primarily three services to assist in meeting our clients’ needs: Care Management Services, Companion Home Care Services, and Skilled Home Health Care Services. However, Care Management is central to all that we do at CHC Services.
