Quiet, perfect for singles and retired couples. Storage & washroom facilities on-site however no laundry facilities. Not kid friendly and dogs must be leashed. Great mountain views and shaded areas.

Fully fenced and the gate is closed and locked every night. The downside is that there's no assigned parking. Took me 2 years to get my two trailer spaces together and then someone moved my cone and took one of them. The weeds are starting to come up and I know it's a bit difficult to spray around people's trailers but can something be done? Otherwise, reasonable price and close enough to home

I lived there for three years kelly the manager is a great person i even had two spaces was in Arizona for a year of that time and my trailer and car were untouched when i came home we watched out for each other rent is a great deal there
She had my rv towed for abanonment because she did not here from me for 2 weeks which was not lived there for 5 years rent paid on time no write ups ever plus she allowed the people i verbally said not allow around near or in my rv to come tow it, they make you call cable company and the electric company, she goes on hear say from the tenants about other tenants, she a certain click of ppl that can do whatever, she never goes out checking on things only when the owner Phil Cowee comes around and sees things bc she dont do it so dknt carry a conversation about anything private, she tells others

Tried to make a reservation here but the gal in the office was very unpleasant and kept asking me to wait for 30 min+. Not sure where the friendly helpful person was that people mentioned in the other reviews! We decided to go to Gold Dust West
Used to live there started out ok but after a short time found out that they will not fix anything, office help is way below anything I have ever seen wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place .I feel sorry for the people who have to live there, it's not kid friendly if they don't like you, you will be passed up for a wet site.
Have 2 storage units there and have had at least 18 years i think.
