I ordered flowers and balloons for my girlfriend a few weeks prior for Valentine’s Day 2022. I specifically left special instructions that were not met. Long story short the flowers and balloons never arrived that day! I then received a text that they’d attempt to deliver them the next day a day after Valentine’s Day. I requested a full refund of my payment via email several times and have yet to receive a refund. DO NOT ORDER OR DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS HERE! ***WARNING!*** THEY’RE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!x100!!!

I ordered 34 roses for my wife. I asked that 22 be 1 color and 12 be an additional 2nd color. I allowed them to ouch the two colors because I didn’t want to cause an issue with supply issues. The significance was 22 birthday years prior to us meeting and 12 since we met. Instead of them following my requests, she received 34 of multiple colors. Yes I agree it was still 34 but not what I ordered. I called and explained the importance of her getting what I did and they blamed it on the time of year for the confusion. She still received the same number of roses but they showed zero concern that it was wrong. I’ll never order from here again. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Always get great service from Concessi's Blooms and always a great product. Have tried most flower shops in the area and Concessi's is always the most consistent and the best value for the money.

What I ordered and what they sent was like night and day. Plus the arrangement they sent looks like it was thrown together, worst flower arrangement I have ever seen, ever! I wish I could post a picture, it’s really shocking to see the messy arrangement they sent.

Right nextdoor, in the same building is a beautiful, well stocked grocery store that now carries Waygu beef!

Arrangement looked like assembled by a kid in art class. Nice try but not close enough. Don't take on stuff you can't handle.
