Xavier was very nice and to the point. He was friendly and very patient with me. He let me know how much my monthly payments would be which gave me a chance to see if I could afford to make the payments. He explain the early payouts to me. He was very direct and he answered all of my questions.

The sales associate Vergie needs to be fired ASAP. We went in to browse the store the other day and she was rude and curt the entire time so we had to ask for a different associate for assistance. Then while my Husband and I were filling out an application, we over heard her verbally abuse and threaten the female manager! Like wth? So moral of this, if you do shop here beware the sales associate Vergie she is not a nice person.
The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because the employees in store were nice and tried. The lady that helped me seemed new and first time on the floor by herself. She tried the best she could so no fault of her own. What I didn’t like is that two things. It was cheaper online and they wouldn’t honor the online price in their own store. And also their next day delivery is not that. I ordered on a Friday and was not told they don’t deliver Saturday and Sundays, or I would’ve gone with someone else it was between conns and furniture Row-which was cheaper but later delivery date. In store and on the phone they told me it would be delivered Saturday or Sunday. Being my first time there, I had to take their word for it. When I called after purchasing it, I got transferred 4 different times and had to call 2 different numbers. Until finally giving up and accepting a later delivery that I was promised. Moving forward, I will give them another shot. But probably only buy from that store again if I could pick it up, or if they had a great sale that I wouldn’t mind waiting for the product to be delivered. They seemed to have decent stuff at least. Again, employees tried, but need to have more training, to better understand and serve their customers. Online departments included. Corporate needs to have a better system in place. Oh and I also had to screw in the couch feet once it was delivered. In case someone doesn’t know they need to. Couch turned out decent so far! Nice color.
Glad to have chosen this Conn's for our first bit of furniture for our first apartment. Vergie helped us diligently and patiently and we walked out of there with what we wanted and needed once we were approved. Great stuff and great environment here!! Thanks!!
It’s pretty disappointing. I’ve *heard a handful of decent things about this store, especially when not financing through them. It’s always great to encounter a store that supports the the military and emergency services and their family, as well as meeting competitor prices. My experiences this far have been far from impressive. The very first time about a month ago, I walked the store for nearly 30 minutes without being greeted, or having even made eye contact with an associate in the floor. This was ok for the most part. I knew what I wanted, but thought so would take a glance t.x selection of appliances. I ended up staying an additional 15 minutes looking for ab associate to help me, finding three. I made myself visible, and though they didn’t seem to be doing too much, I wouldn’t interrupt no matter the situation. After 45 minutes I decided I would try again another night when there could possible be more associated on the floor, and at a time less busy for the business. Today, April 12th, I looked up their times, and it said they closed at 9:30p. I arrived at 7:41p just as a handful of associates were walking out and what looked like closed for the night. By the time so parked my car and and walked to the store front no one was accessible to ask and indeed the store was closed, no one in sight or hearing range to see or hear me knocking. Overall, my two star rating is due to my lackluster experience, and my inability to even access the store. I don’t think I will be attempting for the third time. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me… unfortunately this is when word of mouth has failed me. This time I’m going to have to agree with the few highly disliked their experiences with Conns in Aurora Colorado.
My husband and I went into just look at things and Xavier walked up to us to see if we have any questions, he was super nice and respectful. He is a great salesman and super nice. He didn't push any purchases let us make our own decisions about the products but when we did ask he questions about the products he gave us some pretty good answers. If I could give him a 100 stars I would.
I've had my bed less than 1 year and it's falling apart. I am incredibly disappointed for the money that I spent. I definitely won't give any recommendations. I forgot to mention that I was initially lied to. Per customer service, they'd remove my previous furniture. I spoke with the "manager" who said he'd raise my concerns to the correct department, but then I heard nothing else. I feel completely conned at this point.
I walked out without paying nothing and i got almost a $9000 credit plus the payments are cheap and again i walked out with a $1000 laptop and $1190 DJ set will show when i go pick up on the 25th May 25th
