We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

We were very impress with the Sales Person Josh Craig. He welcome us made us feel very at ease. He did our qualifications with ease and knowledge. Find out what we were looking for and proceeded to help us out. Very knowledgeable on the products. And got us what we wanted. A very nice experience. Would recommend any one to go to Josh. Thank you Josh for a no hassle experience.
They are great salesman, And are quick to quick to add extra charges. I received the wrong washer and dryer. It looked like the one I picked out but was the smaller one. Then they charge me 300$ to return them and to get the right size model they again charged me for the install again. The week before on my fridge my ice maker went out then a week later the fridge stoped cooling Even though I have the warranty/insurance package it’s taking a week for parts to come in.. I told them just to credit me to get a new fridge the same day but they said I have to wait for it to get fix So it’s been about 8 day I did not have a fridge Now another week for it to get fixed Yea Like I said great salesman I don’t recommend getting appliances at Conn’s Only if you want to get ripped off
Two stars because they had a selection of washers and dryers at decent prices. The sales associate walked over to appliances with me then started looking around the store and ignoring me. I picked a set out of necessity and paid in full for it the sale was completed quickly. Customer pickup is a mess. You have to drive 10 minutes away to their hard-to-find warehouse, go inside and give them your ID for 15 minutes, then drive around and wait at the loading dock for another 20-30 minutes before they bring your items out. If you ask the warehouse any questions they'll tell you to ask the store, and no one in the store cares enough to know the answer to your question. No sense of customer service from anyone. I settled because I immediately needed a washer and dryer and I didn't want to drive around San Antonio any more.
My sales consultant, Abel Contreras, was extremely knowledgeable regarding all of the items that I purchased. He went above and beyond to take care of my purchasing needs. He has excellent customer service skills!CG Jr
I was very pleased with my salesman named George. I received a phone call after an online application immediately. The gentleman was very thorough and very patient and did not rush us and let us pick out what we really wanted.
Had a great experience with conns. Huge shout out to George Zuniga. He was super helpful,friendly,knowledgeable and made shopping and deciding on our purchase a perfect experience. We have been there several times and will be back. Highly recommend George. He went out of his way to help even coming in on his day off to complete a last minute order change. Thank you!

Went into the store expecting to get turned away for bad credit. Luckily Mr. Hernandez was able to get me approved for over $2,000. Walked out of the store with a brand new washer and dryer! He even had them expedite delivery. Today I am thankful to have had great service. Can't wait to pay this off so I can get my next appliance... Big screen TV! I reccomend anyone with bad credit wanting a second chance to try Conns out! Now I have to opportunity to rebuild my credit!
I never a write a review- but I had to give input. Walked-in and the issue that occurred was that the salesman at the door was very "forward". I only came in to minorly peruse the selection. The attendant was clearly upset that I had no intention of buying and even followed me around, which made me feel uncomfortable to the point that I basically ran out the storewhen I saw him coming after me, I started my exit. The salesman also came up to me once more, mentioning the "commission pay policy", and to "think about them". I hope my review is not found outrageous. I think that the customer service was unprofessional and NOT hospitable. The man coming after me was not to aid me but to SCOLD me. I can say more... I left out some details, but would gladly elaborate in case my claim does not reflect a bad experince.
I went in knowing what I was looking for, and that was a garage ready, upright freezer to be delivered the next day. I was assisted by Dezaray from the moment I entered the store. She showed me the upright freezers they had available. I selected 2 freezers that I wanted, but then she informed me about the specials they had. So I decided to get more than I expected, BUT I don't regret it. I got 2 Upright freezers, a refrigerator, and a double wall oven all GE appliances. Perfect timing,.... because these are all appliances that I was needing to replace. All in one spot and one day. Merry Christmas to me!!
