Furniture was very nice quality. The selection was good. Need to bring Tom back to have a look. I liked several bedroom sets. The sales lady was very knowledgeable about the construction of the different rooms. I would recommend this furniture store.
Will be coming again! The sales lady Jessica? I think her name was. She was friendly, funny, and helpful! The delivery service was awesome!! I loved their website on how you can track your funiture so it gives you the ability to do the things you need to do so you won't be stuck at home all day waiting. I cant wait to get more funiture soon!!
I loved our shopping experience here. I went in the first time just to browse and price shop. Ruben introduced himself and pointed out a few pieces after getting specifics of what we were looking for. He let me shop, answered questions when I had them, and was very knowledgeable about the products. He didn’t hover or push products like most salesmen which made the entire experience more comfortable! A week or so later, I went back with my husband a second time and asked for him. He remembered who I was and remembered what I was looking for! He showed us some new pieces within our very picky style that weren’t there last time, which we ended up in love with! We set up a time for a THIRD visit to finally make the big purchase and Ruben was ready and waiting for us. The patience he showed and attention to our very, VERY specific details made us feel like we were more than just any other client. The buying experience was wonderful and I would recommend Wilcox and Ruben to every one shopping for furniture.
Great experience everyone was extremely helpful and seemed to love their job. Yes even the Cowboy fan in finance. The deliver people were very professional and had a great attitude. All my years purchasing furniture this was by far the best. Highly recommend next time you need furniture check out Wilcox Furniture.
Great, friendly customer service. Lead me right to the items that had my specific wants/needs. Chatted casually with me while I tested out the furniture and was patient and friendly with my children. Was able to pick up my loveseat 30 minutes after purchasing it, and it had been stain resistant sprayed and ready to go. My husband used to work in a furniture store and said the item is great quality, and we paid a fair price for it.
Great in stock selection and prices. Saved a ton of money getting lucky on sale prices and clearance furniture. Jessica was our salesperson and she was awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional and no high pressure sales. We will definitely buy again from Wilcox Furniture.
Gilbert was super friendly and extremely helpful. When I found the couches I wanted, he took down all my information and let me go home to measure and make sure they fit. I called him back that afternoon and paid for them over the phone and they were delivered promptly. Delivery staff was courteous and efficient. I will definitely do business with Wilcox again.
A friendly sales persons met me at the door. He was a nice guy and let me look at furniture without pressure. I ended buying a few things and it was delivered the same day. Could not be happier with the whole process! I will definitely buy from here again!
Large selection of very reasonable prices for the quality. Sales rep we had was very kind and patient while we made our selection. Handled the paper work to our satisfaction. Delivery was made almost to minute we scheduled. Overall a total 100% pleasant transaction. Will return for next purchase.
Every one at the store was very helpful. Our salesman, Leroy, was very knowledgeable of the merchandise, very friendly and very helpful. He’s definitely a customer oriented person. The delivery persons were very kind and professional. They handled our chair with care.
