Connie Roberson is the President and Chief designer of Connie Roberson Inc, a contemporary women's apparel company based in Venice, California. The Connie Roberson line is known for it's luxurious fabrics and simple, chic designs that appeal to sophisticated women aged 45 and up.
A Houston native, Connie moved to Los Angeles in the late 1980s, where she was signed to the prestigious Elite modeling agency. She appeared on the fashion runway for dozens of top designers including Isaac Mizrahi, Donna Karen and Oscar de la Renta.
As her modeling career soared, Connie became more and more involved in the business side of the fashion industry. She helped launch Hairston-Roberson, a successful line of women's apparel.
Connie Roberson founded her line in 1999. From a few simple white blouses, today the Connie Roberson line encompasses more than 40 different styles and dozens of colors and fabrics including silk, silk brocade, linen and wool.
